A meeting in which the Government of Aragon, DPT, Comarca de Comunidad de Teruel, City Council of Teruel, Government of Spain, Civil Guard, representatives of the Traffic and highway management, National Police Corps, Defense Sub-delegation, companies have participated. involved...
As the director of the Teruel Airport, Alejandro Ibrahim, has pointed out, "the work and organization that has been carried out throughout these six months has been shared in order to finish organizing the operation that will be deployed that day to traffic control, access, civil protection, health care, coordination of public transport..."
Ibrahim has highlighted that "it is a very important day for the Teruel Airport, but also for Teruel society, a moment to enjoy the success of this infrastructure, its importance in the territory and to see up close the material with which it works on site". The facilities will open to the public from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Government of Aragon makes shuttle buses available to the public throughout the day from Dinópolis to Teruel Airport.
Teruel Airport will become an aeronautical exhibition space with planes, helicopters, drones... but, in addition, there will also be an exhibition of the Airport's fire trucks, snowplow machinery... and some flight exhibitions will be held. Those who attend the open day will also be able to visit the new hangar for two A380s. In the open day there will also be spaces for restaurants and drinks.
